Wells Branch
The neighborhoods are bordered to the east and west by Mopac Expressway and Interstate 35, on the south by Wells Branch Parkway and on the north by Grand Avenue Parkway. The neighborhoods are known for their outdoor amenities which include parks, playgrounds, miles of hike and bike trails and pools.
The Wells Branch Community Library has traditional library services in addition to computer classes, test proctoring for distance learning tests and community meeting rooms which are available for rent for meetings and private events. They have an active Neighborhood Association which hosts many annual events which it can be seen on its Facebook page.
Wells Branch is in the City of Austin but the Pflugerville and Round Rock School Districts. In general, the eastern portion of Wells Branch goes to Pflugerville schools and the western portion goes to Round Rock schools
